Designing and early concepts of mechs

Using the information i have gathered so far and have attempted to put into motion, i have found that creating colour palettes, an art style and a use of shading have a lot of rather difficult undertones, but when done correctly can provide an exquisite end result

Though i am not sure how to put it into practice as of yet, i am still evaluating my action plan to create a streamlined set of rules to follow to enhance the amount of work i can produce, as well as keeping on track of and focused as thoroughly as humanly possible

As for my first example, i have created a relatively simplistic design that should help to further enhance and clarify my points on how i wish to use the previous posts mentioned to accentuate my work

Initial concept idea, will further develop the idea, splitting the machine into its subsections as to identify how the player cards would look and feel, spelling errors are intentional, as homage to games like Crash bandicoot games with the character N.gin in crash four, with a piece of graffiti on a wall labelled, Rocket it head, though spelled “RAWK-IT HED”

Inital designing of the mech looks to take aspects of multiple different aesthetics to form a single piece, the robot chicken head, the bright yellow arms that look like lego pieces, the green and blue chassis that looks reminiscant of superhero characters, the large blocky legs to look like steve from minecraft, as with the standard Double A battery in its chest and the military grade rocket launcher on its shoulder

I am still looking for ways to implement a weapon, maybe drawing it as a seperate entity entirely from the piece as to give both weapon and mech a distinct seperation of characteristics, yet link them together via colour palette and name to signify the relationship between items of interest.

As of the moment i am still Defining, refining and reiterating to make a design i feel is most sufficient, yet easy to replicate and complete over and over again.
